Hilton Columbus at Easton
A room block has been secured at the Hilton Columbus at Easton (3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219). Make your reservations by calling the Hilton at (614) 414-5000 and mention discount Group Code: OFD to receive the $198 plus tax group rate. To receive the OFDA group rate, reservations must by made by 5:00pm on Monday, April 1, 2024. OFDA Group Rate is contingent upon the availability of the hotel accommodations at the time of reservation request.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation at the Hilton, please call Amy Baucher at the OFDA office prior to canceling so OFDA can assist someone on the waiting list.
Reminders:
- Individuals canceling reservations must do so by 4:00 PM, 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or it will result in a charge of one-night's room and tax to to the individual's credit card on file.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM/Check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be directed through the Hilton Front Office.
