The Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. Reservation Information for OFDA Convention Attendees: 

A room block has been secured at the Hilton Columbus at Easton (3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219).  Make your reservations by calling the Hilton at (614) 414-5000 and mention CODE 96X to receive the $202 plus tax group rate. The OFDA group rate is available is available through Monday, March 30, 2026, or until rooms sell out. Group rate is subject to availability at the time of booking. 

The OFDA room block availability is disappearing fast— secure your stay now! Waiting could mean higher rates, limited options, or accommodations farther from the action!

• If you’re holding extra rooms you no longer need, please release them so others can take advantage of the group rate.
• If you need to cancel your hotel reservation at the Hilton, please call Amy Baucher at the OFDA office prior to canceling so OFDA can assist someone on the waiting list.

Hilton Additional Details:

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or a one-night room and tax charge will apply.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
• Late Check-Outs: Requests for late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and can be made directly with the Hilton Front Office, subject to availability.
